You can already do this by copying the 20 keywords into one of the combiner windows and then copying keywords A, B and C into another of the combiner windows and clicking on the "Use Blank" option in the combiner window that contains keywords A, B and C.

Also, the program already has find, replace and highlight, unless I misunderstand what you mean.

Note that the combiner is only available in the professional edition. This may also be the case for find and replace.
