When using the new URL-writing feature, duplicate keywords are sometimes added to the list. This problem will be fixed soon. The fix is currently undergoing testing, so I do not see a need to post a workaround for it.
I will also be adding a facility that has been requested to add broad, phrase or exact match indicators to the end of the keyword string, as opposed to the start of it.
